You may exchange items within 90 days of receiving them. All items must be received by us in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Tip: Try on your uniforms before washing or wearing them. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on worn or laundered items unless defective.
Altered clothing items are eligible for return or exchange with the following exceptions.
If needed, we can make additional alterations to ensure your satisfaction.
Please ensure your new shoes or boots fit well and are comfortable before using them. We're happy to exchange them for a different style or size if they are still in like-new condition. However, we cannot accept returns on shoes or boots that are soiled, bent, wrinkled, scratched, or otherwise not in like-new condition.
Additional Footwear Guarantees:
Per Postal Regulation, your postal card is only charged for items that have shipped. Any backordered items from this order have not been deducted from your uniform allowance. Charges will be applied once these items are received and shipped.
Heads Up: If your allowance expires within the next 6 weeks, please contact us during business hours. We're here to help you retain your remaining balance.
Refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours after the merchandise is received. Any remaining balance from your exchange request will be automatically refunded to your postal card. Please be mindful of your anniversary date, as postal allotments can only be refunded to the current year's allowance.
